Project description
Energy Efficient Building is the headquarter of Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism of Montenegro.
This project is funded by the EMIF (Environment Montenegrin – Italian Facility) and is strategically designed as an answer to local bioclimatic conditions (solar source, wind direction, air moisture…). Such approach contributed to energy-efficiency and reduced CO2 emission.
The building is equipped with roof solar systems, heat pumps, floor heating systems and BMS system for building management.
Commercial building with three levels above ground and one underground level.
Building has strong architectural design which is characterized by cube-geometry and contemporary facade.
Its main structure is combination of concrete, steel and engineered timber.
It is in the business zone of Podgorica, capital of Montenegro.
Building has capacity of 210 employees.
