This was the location chosen to house the largest modular construction in Latin America, the Alma Maraú. The residential Alma Maraú is located on Cassange beach on a plot of 40,000 m². A high standard residential condominium with hotel services that includes restaurants, spa, bars, swimming pools, reception and sports courts, built using the best technologies available. A total of 46 units were built in steelframe in a controlled factory environment what permitted a greater preservation of local biodiversity and agility.
