With difficult access, the Maraú Peninsula, in Bahia, is the ideal place for those who are looking for exclusive and paradisiacal beaches. This was the location chosen to house the largest modular construction in Latin America, the Alma Maraú. The residential Alma Maraú is located on Cassange beach on a plot of 40,000 m². A high standard residential condominium with hotel services that includes restaurants, spa, bars, swimming pools, reception and sports courts, built using the best technologies available. A total of 46 units were built in steelframe in a controlled factory environment what permitted a greater preservation of local biodiversity and agility.
