Project description
The “Exploration and Production” Business Center extends over an area of ~70,000 sqm and is composed of 3 interconnected buildings – developed around a large central square – which house offices and several meeting rooms, a large conference room, a cafeteria and a restaurant that can accommodate up to 1,000 people. The 3 buildings’ particular shapes make the most of sunlight, green roofs and façades, with double screening, and facilitate a pleasant climate in the complex, allowing it to meet the Class A energy requirements and LEED Gold certification, also thanks to the use of strategies to total energy consumption, preserving natural resources and creating a healthy working environment.
