AM Naik Tower, the corporate office tower of Engineering and construction major Larsen & Tourbo (L&T) hosts 4500 group employees.
It’s a G+15 building that consists of a double-height Grand Entrance Lobby cladded with stone. The building is constructed by using composite steel structure resulting in faster construction and low manpower dependency during the process
The building is IGBC Green Platinum rated by Indian Green Building Council and LEED Platinum Rated by US Green Building Council.

Initial solutions developed with Pin & Dowel stone clamp attachments but due to challenges observed, solution had to be changed to Kerf attachment.
