Wall to Wall Dimension Accuracy – drywall systems allows for accuracy installation.
Head Deflection Detail – constant check on fixing and top track and studs to be kept free of fixings to the deep track.
Twin-Frame Studs Spacing – ensure the run parallel at c/c as per specifications.
Soffit Skimming – Rhinolite® CreteStone plaster applied onto concrete, inconsistent and required on-site training.
Concrete Column – accuracy between structural columns & drywall boards lining, required close monitoring & co-ordination.
Rainwater Challenges – some perimeter façade were not completely sealed from weather conditions.

Precision on wall-to-wall finish space was key to the Developer, with pressure to complete the project on site, second Sub-Contractor was appointed and awarded the last two floor floors on full scope of drywall, ceilings and plaster.
