Project description
Luxury residential complex located in the central area of Timisoara. The project consists of several buildings with different destinations starting with office buildings and residential blocks of flats. This is the first project in Romania with Habito® partition walls. Great technical skill and knowledge of interior and exterior systems were required in order to optimize fire protection, thermal and acoustic insulation and exterior closing with Aquaroc® boards.

Key Challenges
Training the contractor’s employees in order to install Habito® systems so as not to affect the sound insulation indices.
Proving that Habito® walls do support the anchoring of heavy objects and that they are indeed highly impact resistant.
Proving that Aquaroc® cement boards are ideal for exterior closing
