Project description
Luxury single-family dwelling located in Adeje, Tenerife (Canary Islands), a vacational area in the South-West of the island. The house presents a modern design and has large windows on the façade with excellent views of the coast. Due to the type of façade finish, the architect decided to install Aquaroc® board fixed to the existing façade with white mortar finish. Placo® PPM was used for the ceiling of the porticos. This execution has allowed the final finish to have a continuity from the interior space to the façade. In order to suspend furniture where is necessary as in kitchen, living room and bathrooms, the architect decided to install Habito® PPM (when there were humidity resistance performances) and Habito® hybrid systems. The quality of the finishes was essential so 4PRO® board was installed in ceiling. All the acoustic and fire resistance regulations where fulfilled using Placo® BA + ISOVER insulation, and Placo® PPF in the ceiling of the basement (classification EI90).
