Renovation old water tower Stella Artois by ViRiX

BelgiumBelgiumCompany Name: B-STUC SPRL

Project description

The former water tower (1934) is part of the historical built complex of the Belgian Stella Artois breweries.
LAVA Architecten renovated the entire complex around this striking landmark building. New construction volumes and existing valuable buildings have been skilfully united within a complete building block, crossed by the River Dijle, which runs directly under the water tower.

Water tower as an eye-catcher

The former water tower was transformed into four stacked residential units. Thanks to this architectural project, the historic buildings stand out in the new building block.
