Key Challenges

Technical challenges before and during installation/application
To build a Hotel & Resort with all the amenities for guests, in which the creation of spaces had a pleasant visual impact with the combination of nature.
Each space has a special touch that distinguishes it, such as stone finishes (wood, marble, stone and tapestry), paste, paint and different textures.
The palette of the rooms stands out for its relaxing freshness and the floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to flood the entire space. All the soffit and drawer designs give a special and warm touch with indirect lighting.
Development of a new solution…
To create comfortable spaces with ideal acoustics for the guests so they can enjoy a pleasant stay, in each of the areas we considered the appropriate level of acoustics, also improving their privacy in conversations in shared spaces.
The system of columns, beams and panels led us to a great commitment and responsibility to manufacture resistant structures with an ideal visual impact for every corner of the resort.

Key Achievements

Good relationship/cooperation within the team
SAINT GOBAIN PLAKA was used for adaptable solutions to the project, ideal for climate adaptation thanks to the properties and resistance of the materials.
The advantages of using PLAKA SAINT GOBAIN guarantee the acoustic control between rooms and other spaces with the range that each of these plasterboards provide, giving a good privacy space.
Saint Gobain Plaka:
With this project we were able to implement all the solutions of Saint Gobain cluster in the region integrating all the solutions facades, interiors, wet solutions, studs & powders for interiors and exteriors & offering to the contractor and architects the facilitation of the entire specification taking the advantage of offering all the solutions with the comfort and suitability
Invention of a new solution
Materials that facilitate the execution of the interior work (rooms, public areas, private areas) as well as exterior (terraces, spa, beach bars) bunker implemented in open spaces taking into account the influence of all climatic changes considering the realization of a resistant structure.
Performance beyond regulatory requirement…
Ease of handling of materials giving the opportunity to perform the work in shorter times and giving a better aesthetics to the spaces.
