The OKOV Sales Center is part of a multifunctional commercial building which is located directly next to the Adriatic highway. The multifunctional commercial building has 4 floors with terraces on the 1st and 4th floors. There is a flat roof terrace at the top with a total area of 750 square metres and recreational facilities including swimming pools. The business and sales parts are across two levels of 1000 square metres. The configuration of the terrain and the position overlooking the sea was a key challenge for the architect. The intention was to fit the building into the natural environment, creating a high-quality architectural and urban structure. The use of Casoprano, with its high durability, has been one of the major achievements of this project.
Izomont M is a construction company specializing in dry lining works on projects up to 10,000 square metres. The company employs 11 to 20 installers and painters, depending on the volume of the project. They have 18 years of experience in final construction works. Their most important projects have been Delfin Hotel, Nikic Hotel, NLB Bank, Prva Banka, City kvart Celebic, Bar-Code Headquarter, Euro Casa. Isomont V also started the production of machine plaster, façade and ceramic adhesive in 2015.
- The high durability of Casoprano and its use in this project is one of the main achievements. The same investor will install Casoprano in three new projects: shops in the cities od Ulcinj and Bijelo Polje in 2016, as well as in the new headquarter and distribution center in the capital of Podgorica in 2017.
